CalBrix is available for guided demonstrations and early-access evaluation, not yet as a fully validated production system. Use synthetic data; do not rely on demo certificates or upload confidential production records.
A page loading, code existing, or one synthetic example passing does not establish production reliability, metrological validity or regulatory compliance.
Demonstrated with synthetic data
A work order, procedure-defined five-point worksheet, draft, review, approval, password-verified signature, PDF download and public verification completed. One demo administrator performed and reviewed the work; no physical instrument was connected.
Selected operations tested
Creation and read-back were exercised. Customer-owned instrument names still need correction in several views outside Certificates.
Partially tested; known gaps
An internal-instrument schedule was created and retrieved. Due-date/status inconsistencies and some report totals remain unresolved. Do not rely on them for recall or safety decisions.
Selected synthetic tests
One NC/CAPA lifecycle and manual environmental entry were tested. No physical sensor, continuous monitoring or alarm delivery was validated.
Selected calculations tested
One SPC chart and one range-method Gage R&R example were exercised with synthetic data. Full statistical-method validation, uncertainty and guard banding require independent checking.
Not validated for operational advice
The insufficient-history guard was tested. Successful prediction, interval recommendations and the wider AI toolchain remain unverified.
Unresolved / further testing required
Selected new audit entries verified, but ten historical mismatches remain. Independent reviewer permissions, tenant isolation, MFA, SSO and account recovery need dedicated tests. No independent security attestation is claimed.
Not ready
The live connection did not become usable in testing. The demonstrated approval path is distinct from simultaneous collaborative review.
Not validated
DCC export/signing, hardware communication, API-key/webhook integrations and general import/export require testing. The integration-health view has a known error. PDF is the demonstrated certificate output.
Evaluation APK only
Device compatibility, offline sync, biometric record binding, NFC, barcode, camera/GPS and full device-to-server operation have not received end-to-end acceptance testing. No device certification is claimed.
Not production-ready
Email delivery is unconfigured. Real invitations, password recovery, payment processing, load capacity and full backup restoration were not validated. No response-time, uptime or recovery guarantee is implied.
Page checks are not functional validation
Documents, labels, custom fields, designer authoring, RBI, reports, notifications, user administration, competency assessment and traceability tools require additional functional testing.
Standards references are evaluation topics, not certification, accreditation or an audit-pass guarantee. Timelines and commercial scope must be agreed in writing.
