CalBrix is early access. Implementation is a proposed service, not a promise that every module, integration or deployment model is ready today. Timing and price depend on feasibility, unresolved gaps and written acceptance criteria.

1. Review your requirements

Describe your asset types, procedures, review responsibilities, certificate formats and operating environment. Identify critical controls and the gaps that would prevent safe use.

  • Use synthetic or redacted examples for initial discussions.
  • Do not upload confidential or regulated records to the public evaluation environment.

2. Demonstrate the relevant workflow

Walk through the working core with synthetic records. Check persisted data, PDF output and release conditions. Record unsupported requirements instead of treating a screen or animation as proof.

3. Agree feasibility, cost and terms

Define what can be delivered, what needs development and what remains excluded. Agree a written license, services scope, infrastructure responsibilities and acceptance criteria before payment or implementation.

  • Indicative starting scopes: Starter from $5,000; Professional $10,000–$15,000; Enterprise $20,000–$25,000+. These are proposal ranges, not ready-made validated packages.
  • A perpetual-use license is the proposed model; it is not a transfer of intellectual property. Existing published subscription terms require reconciliation before a new agreement.
  • Hosting, infrastructure, maintenance, support, migration and custom development may involve separate costs.

4. Configure an isolated evaluation

Prepare agreed templates, roles, procedures and sample data. Private or on-premise deployment is subject to an environment assessment; air-gapped, multi-site and customer-infrastructure operation have not been validated.

5. Resolve gaps and verify acceptance

Test relevant calculations, access permissions, reviewer separation, audit integrity, recovery and data handling. The customer must validate the system for its intended use.

  • Historical audit mismatches, reporting inconsistencies and other relevant blockers must be addressed.
  • A backup archive exists, but a complete restore rehearsal has not passed.
  • No fixed four-week go-live or compliance outcome is promised.

6. Decide whether to proceed

Proceed to operational use only after agreed checks pass and responsibilities are documented. Training, handover, monitoring and any continuing support should be specifically scoped. An evaluation can also conclude that CalBrix is not yet a suitable fit.

Use synthetic data first. Production use depends on resolving relevant gaps, validating your procedures and controls, and agreeing acceptance and commercial terms. A demo does not establish metrological validity, compliance or security certification.
