What is separate

Implementation journey
A typical professional implementation takes four weeks to go-live, with two additional months of optimization and advanced module activation. Enterprise rollouts are scoped on a dedicated plan.

Week 2
Data import, users, roles, and templates
Key assets, clients, standards, certificate templates, and operating records are imported. User roles are configured.

Pilot calibrations and review workflow
Your team runs real calibrations through the system. Review gates and approval paths are validated.
Week 4
Training, go-live, and certificate release
Technicians, reviewers, and managers are trained. First live certificates are released. System is handed over.
