CalBrix is early access. These ranges outline the proposed commercial model; they are not fixed offers, validated deployment packages or guaranteed delivery dates.
Final pricing depends on feasibility, unresolved product gaps, workflows, sites, data migration, infrastructure and support requirements. Items below are topics for scoping, not pre-validated features included in every package.
Proposed Starter scope
A focused, single-site evaluation and proposed rollout.
Proposed Professional scope
A broader workflow and implementation scope.
Proposed Enterprise scope
Complex infrastructure, multiple sites or custom requirements.
The intended model is a perpetual-use license without seat or per-certificate usage fees. It does not mean the software intellectual property is transferred, all costs disappear, or every deployment is ready. Hosting, infrastructure, maintenance and other services may be additional.
The published subscription terms and this proposed model are not yet reconciled. No new license is granted by this pricing page, and existing customer rights or agreements are not changed. Final terms must be agreed before a new purchase.
No. CalBrix is early access. The working core has been demonstrated using synthetic data, while important gaps remain. Prices are indicative proposal ranges, not an assurance that all requirements can be delivered today.
The intended scope can include deployment, configuration, templates, training and handover. The deliverables, validation responsibilities, exclusions and payment milestones must be agreed in writing. An evaluation may identify work that cannot yet be offered.
The proposed model is a perpetual-use license for an agreed deployment, not transfer of CalBrix intellectual property. Data ownership, source access, license conditions, termination and continuing use need to be defined in the signed agreement. The current published subscription terms require reconciliation with this proposal before a new sale.
The proposed license model does not include seat-based or per-certificate usage fees. This is an intended commercial structure, subject to the final agreement, not a guarantee of unlimited system capacity.
Hosting or customer infrastructure, backups, monitoring, administration, security maintenance and support can create continuing costs. Upgrades, migration, custom work and third-party services may be additional. These costs are not necessarily included in the implementation fee.
Support can be discussed as a separate proposed scope. Coverage, availability, response targets, included updates and pricing require agreement; no staffed support SLA or round-the-clock service is promised here.
A customer-specific deployment can be assessed. Production operation on your infrastructure, air-gapped use and multi-site isolation have not been validated. Hosting location and data handling must be confirmed rather than assumed.
Live payment processing has not been validated as part of this evaluation. Do not assume a checkout, activation charge or card-processing assurance is operational. Request written commercial and payment arrangements first.
