Built for the field

Every calibration capability, without the lab.

The CT-100 app is the field execution layer of the CalBrix platform. Technicians work on-device with full calibration logic, NFC hardware integration, and biometric audit trails. The central platform gets the results automatically.

Offline-first calibration

Perform full calibration workflows without connectivity. All data syncs automatically when a connection is restored.

Fingerprint technician sign-off

Biometric authentication tied to each calibration record. Compliant with ISO 17025 technician identification requirements.

NFC asset identification

Tap any NFC-tagged instrument to instantly pull its calibration record, history, and due dates from the CalBrix database.

Photo documentation

GPS-tagged photo capture attached to calibration records. Equipment condition, reference setups, and non-conformances documented in situ.

Field certificate preview

Generate and preview calibration certificates directly on the device. Share via PDF before leaving the job site.

Work order execution

Full work order lifecycle on device - accept, execute, close, and sync. Every step timestamped and audit-trailed to the central CalBrix platform.

Installation guide

Up and running in five steps.

The CalBrix CT-100 app is distributed as a standard Android APK. Installation takes under five minutes on a preconfigured device.

01

Enable unknown sources

On your CT-100 or Android device, open Settings > Security > Install unknown apps and enable installation from your browser or file manager.

02

Download the APK

Tap the download button above. Transfer the APK to your device via USB or download directly on the device if it has browser access. The file is 24.9 MB.

03

Install and launch

Open the APK from your downloads folder. Follow the system installer prompts. Launch CalBrix CT-100 from your home screen.

04

Connect to your CalBrix instance

Enter your organisation's CalBrix server address (e.g. https://lab.yourdomain.com/api) and sign in with your technician credentials.

05

Sync and go

The app performs an initial sync of your assets, work orders, and calibration procedures. You're ready to work - online or offline.

System requirements

Designed for the SOTEN B101. Works on any compatible Android device.

CalBrix CT-100 is optimised and certified for the SOTEN B101 ruggedized terminal. The app will run on any Android 10+ device but hardware features (NFC, integrated barcode, fingerprint) are device-dependent.

Part of the CalBrix platform

The CT-100 is the field layer. The platform is the centre.

Calibration data collected on CT-100 devices flows directly into the CalBrix calibration management platform — updating asset records, closing work orders, and generating audit-ready certificates in real time.

Asset management

Full asset register with calibration history, due dates, and traceability linked to every CT-100 record.

Certificate engine

Auto-generate ISO 17025-aligned certificates from CT-100 data. No manual transfer, no re-entry.

Work order control

Work orders dispatched from the platform, executed on CT-100, closed and archived automatically.

Audit trail

Every device action, biometric event, and sync timestamped and linked to your traceability chain.
